My career in International Sales & Marketing enabled me to work to the level of Director for a range of leading organisations in various different industries.
This involved developing strategy, managing and motivating performance and working with a wide range of people from different countries and cultures. It provided me with a wealth of experience of dealing in the real world with typical issues which your key people face.
Since establishing Mind Motivation in 1993, I have coached a large number of key people on how to apply the relevant principles on this website to their own particular situation.

I use a clear, structured coaching process, which I explain at the beginning of the coaching relationship.
Balance is one of my major life values. I use a “ balanced scorecard “ approach to help you to identify a manageable number of key areas to work on and to ensure that you succeed in an elegant way.
We can agree the likely number of sessions at the outset, which on average last between 2 3 hours. In addition to face-to-face sessions, we can also communicate by phone and e-mail.
