I have intensive experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets. I have managed External Salespeople, International Telesales Operations and been responsible for motivating sales performance and business development.

I have been an NLP Master Practitioner since 1998 and can help your people to apply the relevant key communication skills effectively and with confidence.


 


I can offer you a powerful in-house workshop, called Selling Value. I can adapt the workshop to your market sector, products & services and key processes.  It works equally well for sales to businesses or consumers and can be adapted for face-to-face sales and telesales.


The standard format is one day.  A half day format on key aspects is also available for groups with a specific focus.
